Belly Dance

Belly dance benefits were never refuted by professional trainers, as it has the ability to tone the body and at the same time help us in getting rid of the pounds that might ruin our dream silhouette.
Bollywood
This class is the dance-form used in the Hindi-language film industry in India and is not only popular in India but has become widespread all over the world. It is a combination of multiple Indian and Western dance styles including classical Indian dance, folk dance such as Bhangra, Modern Jazz, Belly Dance and Latino Dance. It is a lively dance form to make you active and a great way to stay in shape.

Destress Yoga

This class is using dance steps and movements to freely express a mood, an attitude, a message that suits the music. It is now the trendiest form of dance as it allows the dancer a freedom of expression to develop their own dance style.
Fusion
The class is mixed with different kind of songs and styles, from east to west, with the coolest and funkiest dance steps fused together. It is fun-filling and with the merging of different styles, it has become a unique dance style of its own.
Funky
A fun, high-energy dance form that develops technique, rhythm, and style while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
Hip Hop
Hip Hop is an internationally popular urban dance. It is a chanllenging dance style with lots of dance techniques including body popping, isolation, breaking etc... You can create a unique dance style and boost yourself confidence through hip hop dance.
Jazz Funk
Jazz/Funk dancing can do it for you. Lose weight, tone up and improve your strength, co-ordination and flexibility. It's such a fast-moving class that after an hour you'll be so pumped you'll feel as though you've done forty minutes on the treadmill! Just be careful if you have weak ankles, knees or a sore back because of all the jumping and floor work.
Power Vinyasa Flow
Power Vinyasa Yoga tradition, linking powerful breath with dynamic, flowing movements. Often referred to as meditation in motion, vinyasa yoga cultivates: strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, focus, and serenity.
