Anita first discovered yoga in 2005 and quickly became a dedicated yoga practitioner. Yoga has given her tremendous benefits and experiences in her life both physically and mentally. Yoga is a way of living through kindness and compassion. With my passion in yoga, I hope to share the similar value of preaching love not for the sake of gaining self benefit as return. This is the meaning of yoga to me - train the consciousness to achieve the state of tranquility and attain spiritual insight. Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu: May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all. I am forever grateful to my beloved teachers, David Life and Sharon Gannon, who have generously shared their love with me. |

Originally from chilly middle of America, Amanda was on the path of law and politics when she happened upon a yoga class and found it an a transformative experience. For Amanda, class offers self-awareness, self-confidence, balance and most of all, a playful adventure adults can so rarely find. A student at heart, Amanda continues her studies on and off the mat, and look forward to helping others find their path toward all the many benefits yoga has to offer. Her classes teach the balance between stability and freedom - focusing first on safe alignment and form, but never forgetting the fun part of yoga, expression, playfulness, and freedom. NAMASTE! |

Originally from Italy, Dario left his motherland to embark on a journey to India; a journey which lasted nearly 15 years. During this time, he studied Philosophy, Ayurveda, Yoga, Psychology and Holistic Therapeutical Sciences. He is a devoted Yoga instructor and qualified psychologist with a life-long vision to help his students live a satisfied, meaningful, healthy and joyful life. His approach is passionate, relaxed and focused, using a multidisciplinary method to awaken an individual’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual potentials. His eclectic background will take you into an holistic practice where you can set yourself free to experience a journey beyond a physical workout. Apart from teaching Yoga, Dario also offers wellness consulting, holistic therapy and nutritional advice. |

"Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Dee has always followed her passion for dance, movement, theatre and sport. She moved to Hong Kong in 2006 and pursued a career teaching English through drama and body movement. Yoga started for her as a compliment to sports training but quickly took over her life. Through the practice of yoga she discovered that everyone has an inner child and decided to bring that into her teachings and classrooms. Yoga is a union of your highest consciousness with the universe and children are a reminder that life doesn't always have to be so stressful. She is committed to teaching children how to cultivate positive self image and non violence by leading healthy lives. Dee's focus with kids yoga classes are a combination of imagination, playfulness and aligning with love to create an inclusive environment for children of all ages! She also works with athletes, offering yoga therapy through good alignment for optimal health, healing and game! May today bring you music, dance, love and laughter! |
