Come to class on an empty stomach, and avoid coffee before class, drink more water instead. Try not to eat any heavy meals 2 - 3 hours before practicing, and arrive well hydrated! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time, latecomers not permitted.

Our Studio has a no shoes policy. Once you have signed-in at reception, please remove your shoes in the waiting area. Your shoes will be kept for you while you are in the center and returned to you again upon your departure.

Please show your membership card at the Front Desk reception before entering the studio for class even if you have reserved a space in advance.

We have filtered water in our lounge, so you can bring your own refillable bottle.

Our studio accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of locker contents. Daily lockers are not for overnight use.
