Private Yoga and Family Private Class

Tailor made one on one classes or small groups of family and the instructor in our private studios. It is ideal for beginners and busy individuals who enjoy privacy and the benefits of yoga, especially personal instruction for injury prevention while promoting strength, mobility and performance.

Asana & Pranayama

ASANA "sthiram sukham aasanam", meaning that position which is comfortable and steady, saying that "one can achieve sound health, stability, lightness of body and mind with asana", Asana result in disciplining the Body and Mind. PRANAYAMA is made up of Prana plus Ayama, which means the control and extension of the prana or vital energy or Bio energy.

Ananda Yoga

It is a flow of postures starting from the lying down to the sitting followed by standing postures. It will improve the flexibility, stamina,balancing capacity & increase the strength of core muscles. This class helps to promote inner health and tone up the nervous system and
muscular system.

Ashtanga Led Primary Series

The teacher will lead the class through the primary series of poses, to help students to synchronize the Vinyasa, so as to achieve a steady body and clear mind.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga yoga is a progressive series of postures with attention to breath, body movement, gazing point and bandhas, producing internal heat to detoxify muscles and organs. Regular practice increases power, flexibility, stamina, and improves circulation, resulting in a light yet strong body, and a calm mind.

Bodywize Zen Hot Series

Hot series yoga has all kinds of benefits. Hot Series is some postures practiced within a heated room and moist with signature herbal essence. This class creates power, balance and flexibility by naturally stretching out and rubbing the spine, muscles, tendons, important joints, and all sorts of organs from the body. At the end, you will have a refreshing Detox towel which helps you to cool down your body and soothe your skin..

Daily Energy

This class improves physical balance and mental poise. After every pose, there is relaxation. As a result, students feel rejuvenated, rested and relaxed after the class. Daily energy maintains body vitality, slows down aging, and reduces the risk of disease by improving the body’s defense system. Regular practice can strengthen and tone the body’s muscle groups. This class will increase your energy and lift your mood.

Fusion Yoga

This class is a dynamic flow and flexibility challenges with breathing work of yoga while also offer the mental and spiritual lift of yoga with the physical benefits of a cardiovascular workout. Instructors keep the pace lively and the combinations interesting, so there is less chance of boredom or burnout. These classes can also be blends of different yoga styles. This class will remind ourselves to keep us - young.

Gentle Yoga

An unhurried style of yoga postures with emphasis on body awareness and alignment. A lot of time is spent on floor lying down.This class is ideal for those recovering from injury or seeking a more gradual approach with focus on stress reduction. .

Hatha Poorna

Hatha Poorna means complete balance between two nostrils and kundalini. The class has never bounded itself in only flexibility, difficult postures, power or speed and it's most ancient popular form of yoga for mental and physical health. This is a complete Yogic science class with full awareness of breath, postures, purification, realization and synchronization. This class is suitable to all levels.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is one of the two main branches of Yoga that focus on the physical culture. The word Hatha is a compound of the words Ha and The meaning sun and moon. It provides a good introduction to the basic yoga poses. Hatha yoga attempts to balance mind and body via physical exercises, or "asanas", controlled breathing, and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Asanas teach poise, balance & strength and are practiced to improve the body's physical health and clear the mind in preparation for meditation in the pursuit of enlightenment.

Himalayas Flow

This class suitable for all levels. This class focuses on “ Balanced Action” between stability and freedom. It’s based on Anusara yoga classes is lighthearted, positive, and fun. As they include Vinyasa flow and lots of alignment work.

Holistic Therapy

The holistic view of treatment is widely accepted in medicine now a days. Our specially design holistic therapy class which will create an environment for physical, emotional & spiritual balance.
Our class begins with pranayama, follow by gentle stretching posture. Driven your whole-body into deep relaxation and gradually rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul.

Jivamukti

This class is based on Hatha Yoga. Jivamukti include standing poses, sitting poses, backward bend, sun salutations and inverted poses. The jivamukti style of yoga is a rigorous form of yoga that appeals to people who want a strenuous workout along with the more traditional yoga features, such as chanting and meditation. The term jivamukti is derived from the Sanskrit language and translates into the phrase, “liberation while living.” This style of yoga has at its core an emphasis on awareness and enlightenment. Ideal for beginners.

Long Slow and Deep

Give people a deep and potent alternative to the myriad of vinyasa and flowing Hatha yoga classes. Don't want to do a salutation or a lunge series or even to be that physically active. Yet, still had the time and ability to practice as well as the desire for all the pleasing benefits of yoga. Experience the benefit of holding poses a little longer, giving these massive areas (hamstrings, groin, hips, shoulders, etc.) more time to release deep. This truly is an amazing routine. It's a paradox! Be patient and keep breathing, deeply and fluidly. So dim the lights, warm up the room and enjoy (at least how it leaves you feeling)

Pre-natal Yoga

Appropriate after the first trimester, a class specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy. Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your baby. The program, conducted in a calm, peaceful environment will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise in spine and increase overall comfort. Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.

Power Yoga

A powerful class focusing on movement with breath, using deep breathing techniques and linking postures together to create dynamic sequences. This class provides the student with an energizing and detoxifying practice.

Power Vinyasa

This is a vinyasa-based class in which various postures are creatively linked together into a challenging and vigorous flowing sequence. It is based upon the principles of Ashtanga Yoga as we will be working with the breath and bandhas, but it does not necessarily follow the sequencing of the Ashtanga series. It’s generally focus to improve calorie burning and lean muscle tissue. Students can benefit more as power yoga improves concentration.

Stretch to the Sky

Learn postures with correct and perfect alignment and technique. A great class to align strengthens, tone up your body and shape. Let stretch and reach for the sky.

Yin Yang

The Yin style of long-held passive poses opens the body to more flexibility and chi flow through the subtle channels while also engendering a more contemplative, non-reactive quality of mind. A more active, dynamic, Yang style of vinyasa will follow, strengthening and invigorating the body and mind.

Yoga Therapy

This class is ideal for anyone overcoming chronic stress, pain, fatigue, recent surgery, and other chronic illness. A therapeutic approach covering gentle active postures followed by restorative resting poses, pranayama (breathing).

Kidasana ! Children’s yoga at Bodywize

Kidsasana! Is fun and interactive program for kids of all ages to explore the gifts of yoga, designed to encourage children’s growing curiosity. We use story, music, puppets and picture books to bring out the child’s inner yogini while developing motor coordination and socialization skills. Classes incorporate visual imagery and relaxation techniques to help children with sensory awareness while exploring self-awareness and expression. Foster positive social skill and body image.

Namasteens (Age 13-16)

Yoga is an adventure that can begin any stage in life. Namasteens is an imaginative and fun-filled approach to yoga that was specifically created for the preteens. Help teens to develop strength, flexibility, co-ordination, stamina and awareness.
